About
Michael, AIA Assoc., is an accomplished Architectural Designer based in the Silicon Valley, Santa Cruz, and Monterey regions. His passion for architecture began in childhood and solidified during his studies at West Virginia University. Over the years, this passion has evolved into a deep commitment to the field. Michael has participated in numerous architecture competitions, many established by the AIA, and has pursued advanced education in sustainable design. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of collaborating with understudies of world-renowned architects, including Frank Gehry, further refining his expertise and creative vision.
Teamwork
During the Spring and Summer months, he joins Santa Cruz Yacht Club’s Regattas as a member, competitively races with nationally ranked programs. Professionally Off-Shore races and delivers sailboats internationally around the Pacific Ocean.
Coached Cruzn & Cali Beach Soccer Club - participating in National and International professional beach soccer tournaments (Americas Cup - El Salvador & World Winner Cup- Italy)
Participated in youth development U-17 Sharks Premier teams to a top-20 ranking in Northern California and Managed Santa Cruz High School Varsity Team
Leadership
An avid surfer, he has also participates as a member and volunteers with Big Stick Surfing Association’s Log Jam event.
